The natural elements of my basketry foundation allowed me to discover gourds and a way of creating vessels using those traditions of basketry with new fibers. My vessels are now a combination of colorful gourds and the fibers and techniques of basketry.  On my Gallery page you will see representative pieces of each of the different styles of gourd art that I am currently doing.
